Making Vitridinks

These quick instructions show you how to make glass design objects, like those shown here, from wafers:

Step 1

Make a wafer as you normally would:

Step 2

Place your wafer on a floral frog or other object to raise it above your work surface:

The natural cooling of the kiln is slow enough to properly anneal the glass.

Here’s the result:
