Video Licensing

Term, Access, and Discontinuation. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Company grants User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to access the specific video content purchased (the "Lifetime Access"). For the purposes of this Agreement, "Lifetime" refers specifically to the commercial lifespan of the product or the hosting platform, and not the lifespan of the User. Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the platform, product, or specific video content at any time, with or without notice, in its sole discretion. In the event that Company elects to permanently discontinue the platform hosting the content, Company may, at its sole discretion, provide User with a reasonable opportunity to download a digital copy of the content, or provide access via an alternative delivery method; upon delivery of such alternative access, Company’s obligations regarding the "Lifetime Access" shall be deemed fully satisfied, and Company shall not be liable for any further delivery. Furthermore, Company reserves the right to terminate User's access to the content immediately, without refund or notice, if User violates any terms of this Agreement, including but not limited to unauthorized sharing, distribution, or reproduction of the content.
