All Fusing Factory stencils are laser cut from PET clear acrylic-like plastic. Stencils made from this material have the following benefits:

• Rigid enough to support heavy glass powder that would cause stencils made from other materials to bend and fail.
    
• Flexible while always returning to its original flat state.
   
• Transparent so that you can see what is happening.
    
• Shatter-proof and chemically resistant.
  
  
• Environmentally friendly. PET plastic requires less energy to produce and has greater recyclability than almost any other plastic.
